A state funded organization was charged with improving access to life sciences jobs by encouraging candidates to consider a career in life sciences and broadening the job candidate pool for life science organizations. One part of the solution was to develop a two-sided job marketplace that was specific to the life sciences industry.
We designed and built a marketplace where candidates and job seekers are able to interact on a safe platform. Candidates have full access to the application and can find life sciences jobs that are hiring. Job seekers are able to see the candidates, who are searching for jobs, and can proactively reach out. We automated the recruiting process for both the candidates and the job seekers and made these types of jobs easily accessible.
