Eric Segal
Eric is a techie at heart and a teacher in spirit. One of the first Quick Base users, Eric has an outstanding reputation for helping companies understand the power of Quick Base, and how it can help them better manage their data.
Rather than talk jargon and expensive contracts, Eric listens to clients about the business challenges they’re facing. He then works to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet their immediate needs and help to grow their business over time.
Eric earned a BA from Wesleyan University, a MA in Citizen Participation and Public Policy from Tufts University, and volunteers on behalf of a number of nonprofits. In the for-profit sector, Eric has worked for American Science and Engineering, Doble Engineering, and Digital Equipment Corporation. He also served on Quick Base Change Council.
In his spare time, Eric enjoys hiking with his family in the White Mountains of New Hampshire as well mapping new trails in and around the neighborhoods of Boston.

Steve Wishengrad
Steve’s computer savvy coupled with a liberal arts background allows technical and non-technical customers alike to easily work with him to solve the data management challenges facing their businesses.
With a keen focus on business requirements, Steve easily translates needs into clean technical solutions that deliver business automation. He is adept at managing large, complex projects and his specialties are QuickBooks to Quick Base integration and web portal design.
Steve earned his BA from Middlebury College and a certificate for Computer Programming from the Cambridge Institute. He’s been working as a consultant, volunteer, board member and software developer for nonprofit and for-profit organizations since 1984. He’s developed fundraising software for Advocate Development Corporation, same-day-surgery software for Camberley Systems Inc., and software for the hotel and hospitality industry for Daylight Software, as well as a host of others.
Steve manages our Durham, New Hampshire office, and enjoys the year-round proximity to the White Mountains. He continues to volunteer with a variety of nonprofits.

Lisa Sullivan
Lisa joined the Data Collaborative in April, 2014 as an Account Manager. Today, you will find her in our Arlington, MA office where she manages sales, marketing, and the overall customer experience.
With over 15 years of proven experience in delivering quality, on-time results to both internal and external customers, Lisa is known for building efficient operational processes and for collaborating and communicating across organizational teams. She is responsible for the critical process of managing the sales process from prospect to client, for ensuring customer satisfaction and for delivering our service messages across the web and social media.
A graduate of Colby Sawyer College, Lisa gained extensive enterprise experience working for a variety of software companies, including Pegasystems Ltd., Oracle, and BEA Systems.
An avid traveler, cook, skier, and amateur photographer, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family in Maine in the summer and Colorado in the winter.

Sam Jones
Sam thrives on digging into the complex problems connecting technology with human use. With experience as a Product Manager across several SaaS products, including 5 years at Quick Base, he brings a focus delivering the most valuable functionality quickly into customer's hands.
Sam studied Philosophy in college and brings that Liberal Arts focused questioning to bear when working to define complex client solutions. In addition to Quick Base, Sam enjoys working Javascript, HTML, and SQL. Previously he has worked at Apple, a few non-profits, and software companies focused on web development and eCommerce.
Sam works out of our Arlington, MA office. Outside of work, he enjoys drawing, building things, coffee, and spending time with his wife and kid.

Anne Murray
A member of our Leadership team, Anne has been working on our Arlington, MA team since 2007, assisting clients with their database challenges and opportunities.
Anne has been enhancing and expanding her expertise in the IT field for over 30 years, with prior experience at Verizon Communications and Weather Services International. Her specialties include assisting Quick Base newcomers and getting them comfortable and familiar with the software. Her strengths include listening to clients to get the specifications correct and developing the application to fit their needs from the ground up. Anne is also successful with teaching, training, and coaching the client as she works through their projects.
Anne has a BS with a concentration in Computer Science from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. In her spare time (when not driving her kids to one soccer field or another), Anne enjoys coaching middle school Ultimate Frisbee.

Dan Pettengill
Dan joined the Data Collaborative team in the spring of 2013. He is a creative web developer with expertise in Quick Base, LAMP, and Microsoft environments.
Drawing on experience at leading firms including Data Resources, McGraw-Hill, Oracle, and others, Dan helps clients to solve business problems with effective application of web and database technologies.
Dan earned an MS in computer science at the University of North Carolina and a BA in economics at Williams College.
Outside of the office Dan enjoys photography and music. His photos (of most of the employees) helped bring out their best look.

Josh Shortlidge
Josh has been building database applications for a broad array of organizations for more than 20 years, helping to cultivate high performance teams wherever he goes.
Josh’s core passion is to satisfy his mother’s instruction to “leave the world a better place than when you found it!” Toward that end he works with mission-based non-profits, and entrepreneurial concerns, and does some of his finest work integrating diverse applications across large corporations. In developing databases, Josh blends his MBA business knowledge with database technologies to optimize the workflows of large and small teams of users.
His specialties include web-based data applications, including Quick Base, SQL Server and MySQL, PHP, JavaScript, APIs, and XML. In addition to his Babson MBA with a focus on entrepreneurship, he studied Visual and Environmental Studies at Harvard College.
Josh sings high tenor with the acapella group Blue of a Kind, who have performed at numerous venues including Boston’s revered Fenway Park. For almost 20 years he has coached children in the arts of creativity, teamwork and improvisation, through Destination Imagination. He loves to create tactile objects with his hands.

Taury Anderson
Taury has over 5 years of experience building with Quick Base and more than 10 years of experience in business analytics. Her experience in project management has a wide range of industry applications including construction, solar, manufacturing, investment, sales, and data management.
Her unique array of working experience fuels her ability to quickly and easily understand the inner-workings of a company and their unique Quick Base program needs. She has an extremely diverse background of experience that started with growing up on a film and TV production set gaffing, lighting and starring in commercials. From there, she earned her bachelor's degree in writing with a minor in woodworking from the University of New Hampshire and went on to spend 8 years as a frame-to-finish carpenter.
Taury is also a certified Foil Fencing Coach and teaches at Concord Fencing Club in New Hampshire. She is an enthusiastic life-long runner, biker, swimmer and dog lover. She is happiest when renovating her house, playing in the sprinkler or singing at a campfire.

Tyler Ferm
Tyler joined our Durham, NH team in the fall of 2014. Previously, he was a developer at Plymouth State University.
At Plymouth State University he created and maintained web applications with back-end programming using PHP and front-end design using HTML and CSS, and page interactions with Javascript and jQuery. He is also skilled in Java, Python, and MySQL and Oracle databases.
In his free time, Tyler enjoys remote control car racing, kayaking, and solving the Rubik's cube.

Reid Byers
Reid joined Data Collaborative’s development team in spring 2015. He brings web application development experience using JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and other technologies.
While working at Data Collaborative, Reid became passionate about learning how to further secure clients' data. To this end, he enrolled in UMUC's Masters program in Cybersecurity Technology in order to improve his skills in security development and research.

Yu (Joey) Zhou
Joey joined the Arlington Data Collaborative team in spring 2017 and has been developing Quick Base applications and building custom extensions for a wide variety of our clients. He brought many strengths and skills to his position including PHP, Javascript, Java, and C++. He also has strong web and Database experience including REST API, Node.JS, Angular JS, JQuery, HTML5, XML, MySQL, Git, and Mongo.
Joey got his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Math from South China Normal University before coming to the US. He completed his Masters in Computer Science at Boston University. In his spare time, Joey enjoys soccer, hiking, playing billiards, staying with his family, solving practical problems, creating ranking systems, and developing mobile applications.

Tristian Flanagan
Tristian joined our team in Durham, NH in 2013 and has been developing and maintaining Quick Base applications, extensions, and databases for a variety of clients.
Prior to joining the Data Collaborative, Tristian worked as an Endpoint Security Consultant, fine tuning a skill set that has become vital in this age of IT vulnerabilities. Previously he was a field engineer working on network implementation of switching and routing equipment. Tristian performed desktop data migration and hardware refresh as well as applications support. He also has experience developing interactive, responsive websites, including testing, security auditing, and end-user review with clients.
In his spare time, Tristian enjoys hiking, kayaking, touring local breweries, and occasionally locking himself in the home office to work on a side project.

Nichole Macone
Nichole joined our Durham, NH team in October 2013. One of the company's .Net developers, Nichole has become both a Canvas and integration specialist since she joined the company. She has experience with a diverse range of applications and database solutions including Medical Credentialing and Call Center software. She is now using these skills to deliver solutions and services to Data Collaborative customers that exceed expectations and facilitate their continued success.
A Florida native, she loves the beach and fishing when the New England weather permits it.
