And we don’t round up — you’re only billed for the fraction of an hour that you use (15 minute minimum). There is no annual fee, no mandatory subscriptions. Rather, you’re billed only for the time you use.
Submit a Support Request.
Fill out our online support request form. Be sure to be as specific as possible about what you need help with, what your timeframe is and what the level of urgency is.
Make a deposit.
A two hour deposit of $320 is conveniently handled via major credit cards. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. The deposit will cover your first two hours of work with a developer. If your project exceeds two hours, you will receive a monthly invoice for services rendered.
You’re ready to go.
As soon as your request and deposit are received, a developer will contact you to arrange a mutually agreeable time to meet.
