Problem: Remote Offices

A foundation providing scholarships to students from a developing nation had offices on opposite sides of the world. They needed to keep track of their students' academic program information, as well as the organization's financials. Both offices needed a way to share the same data, but limit access to authorized personnel.

Solution: Connecting Employees

• We implemented a QuickBase application that offered remote, web-based access to educators, social workers, and attorneys at both offices.
• We created distinct security levels so that employees would only be able to access the data that they needed to see, without violating the students' confidentiality.
