Problem: Tracking Legal Emails

A nationally recognized agency provides assistance to immigration lawyers across the country. When lawyers emailed requesting technical assistance, the agency needed a way to quickly provide information and keep a record of the response.

Solution: Efficient Communication

• We added custom components to Outlook to help them accomplish their goals.
• Now, each outgoing email has menus to choose the topic of the email, the recipient, and default responses to commonly asked questions. Once the email is sent, a record is logged in a SQL database so that staff can track all requests and bill for them when appropriate.
