Problem: Double Data-entry

A service-based company used QuickBase to keep track of employee time, expenses, and mileage for invoices… then spent significant time manually entering the same information into QuickBooks. Not only was the system an inefficient use of the bookkeeper's time, but also was prone to error and omissions.

Solution: Bridging the Gap

• We wrote a bridge application to automatically transfer the information from QuickBase to QuickBooks and generate bills, invoices, and journal entries.
• Our system saved this company several days per month, and freed the bookkeeper up to focus on accuracy.
