A national Sales and Services firm used QuickBase internally to track projects, then wanted to use that information to build closer relationships with their customers. We created a complete web portal, where each customer sees their own projects, progress reports, and related documents. Customers can add their own comments and issues, which are tracked from project start to wrap-up. Quickbase powers the portal from beginning to end, but the users never see QuickBase. The users see a portal that looks like it cost hundreds of thousands, but with QuickBase's power, the whole project was completed for a tiny, tiny fraction of that.
