Quickbase Phone Support
Many of our best Quickbase customers have already been using Quickbase for a while. They've created an application that they like, and it works well for their business. But then they hit the wall -- there is something they want to do, but they can't quite figure it out.
That's where we come in.
Data Collaborative provides the only telephone support available for Quickbase. There is no annual fee, and we only charge you for the time you use. Our support providers have years of experience with Quickbase. They know the system inside and out: from proxy fields to exact forms. to programming Quickbase with the API; from fids to dbids to dfids.
The cost is $125 per hour, and you are billed for the fraction of an hour that you use. A 2 hour deposit is taken via credit card, and after the original 2 hours you are billed monthly.
Support is typically on a call-back basis: request assistance via email, and we will call you as soon as we can. Call back is usually within 1 hour, and always within 1 business day.
