Share Data Around the World

A foundation providing scholarships to students from a developing nation had offices on opposite sides of the world. They needed to keep track of their students' academic program information, as well as the organization's financials. Both offices needed a way to share the same data, but limit access to authorized personnel.

We implemented a QuickBase application that offered remote, web-based access to educators, social workers, and attorneys at both offices. We created distinct security levels so that employees would only be able to access the data that they needed to see, without violating the students' confidentiality.
