Make Outgoing Emails Billable
A nationally recognized agency provides assistance to immigration lawyers across the country. When lawyers emailed requesting technical assistance, the agency needed a way to quickly provide information and keep a record of the response.

We added custom components to Outlook to help them accomplish their goals. Now, each outgoing email has menus to choose the topic of the email, the recipient, and default responses to commonly asked questions. Once the email is sent, a record is logged in a SQL database so that staff can track all requests and bill for them when appropriate.
