Hassle-free Data Collection

A national organization used a Microsoft Access application to collect data from over a hundred local chapters around the country. Fewer than 40% of the chapters bothered to submit their data, and the data they did submit was often inaccurate. Furthermore, the management struggled with the laborious task of aggregating all this data into one database each month.

We put all the functionality of their database on the web using Adobe ColdFusion, and today over 80% of the chapters regularly submit data. Because we can continuously fine tune the site, the data is much more accurate than ever before. The web application automatically aggregates all the data, allowing the management to view statistics at a glance!
