The manager of a large number of Office Parks was drowning in paper. Each Office Park had multiple partners, each partner had multiple investors, each investor had multiple reporting requirements, and each report needed to be approved on multiple levels within the organization. Without a system to manage and review all these reports, documents got lost and deadlines were missed.
We created a custom database with QuickBase, designed to streamline the manager's complex document management needs. Now each person in the system is notified by email when there is a report for their review. Reports are delivered and reviewed on time, and the client can flag problems and address them before they become serious.
